Description

Green Cop® 500WP is a highly effective contact fungicide designed to protect crops from a variety of diseases, including Botrytis, rust, angular leaf spot, early and late blight, coffee leaf rust, and coffee berry disease (CBD). Its active ingredient, Copper Oxychloride, works by forming a protective barrier on plant surfaces, interfering with the enzyme systems of fungal spores and mycelium to prevent infection.

How to Use:

1. Preparation of Spray Mixture:
   • Fill the spray tank with half the required amount of water.
   • Add the appropriate amount of Green Cop® 500WP and fill the tank to the desired level.
   • Agitate thoroughly to ensure proper mixing. Use the mixture on the same day it is prepared.
2. Application Rates:
   • Roses (Botrytis): Foliar spray at 2.5 kg/ha in 1000 L of water (50 g in 20 L) before infection; repeat every 7-10 days (maximum 3 applications per season).
   • Coffee (CBD): Foliar spray at 7.7 kg/ha in 1000 L of water (140 g in 20 L); start before rains and continue every 21-28 days during the rainy season.
   • Tomatoes & Potatoes (Blights): Apply at recommended rates based on specific crop needs.
3. Application Technique:
   • Apply via foliar spraying or through fertigation methods.
   • Ensure adequate coverage of crop foliage during application.
4. Phytotoxicity:
   • Green Cop® 500WP is non-phytotoxic when used as directed.
5. Re-entry Period:
   • Do not enter treated areas during the restricted-entry interval of 12 hours unless wearing appropriate protective gear.

Green Cop® 500WP is compatible with commonly used pesticides and foliar fertilizers; however, conducting a physical compatibility test is advisable before mixing. This fungicide is essential for effective crop protection in agricultural practices.
