Description
Thunder is a systemic insecticide formulated to control a wide range of pests, including lepidoptera, whiteflies, and aphids. It combines two active ingredients: Imidacloprid (100g/l) and Beta-cyfluthrin (45g/l), providing both a fast knockdown effect and long-lasting residual control. Thunder is effective on various crops such as tomatoes, French beans, cotton, and ornamentals.
How to Use:
- Preparation: Shake the product well before use.
- Mixing: Pour 3 liters of water into a spraying container and add 100 ml of Thunder to treat half a hectare. Rinse the bottle three times with water and add this rinsing water to the spraying tank.
- Application Rates:
- Cotton: Use 0.2 L/ha for lepidopteras/mites and whiteflies.
- Vegetable Crops: Apply 0.2 L/ha for caterpillars, plant louse, and whiteflies at the onset of infestation.
- Ornamentals (e.g., Roses, Carnations): Use 300 ml/ha in 1000 liters of water; apply as a full cover spray at the first signs of infestation.
- Tomatoes and French Beans: Apply 300 ml/ha in 600 liters of water or 10 ml in 20 liters of water at the first signs of infestation.
- Frequency: Repeat applications every 7-14 days depending on re-infestation rates.
- Pre-Harvest Interval (PHI): 7 days.
Thunder is suitable for both biting and sucking pests, making it an essential tool for effective pest management in agriculture.
